A nice workout at the gym or rigorous moves in the Zumba class has got you sweating. Your Adrenalin is high; your skin is flushed and glowing. You feel top of the world. You might be in great shape but your hair is not. Post workout, especially if you have done a routine where you have sweated it out, your hair needs extra care. Otherwise, its smelly hair, greasy strands, itchy scalp and hair fall. Dr Chytra V Anand  You need to give your hair some special care post workout to ensure that it is top shape as the rest of you. Here’s what you need to do: Point# 1:   Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water in the shower. This ensures you are washing off the sweat that builds up on your scalp. Point #2: Use a mild shampoo. Take a coin size amount of shampoo in your palm, rub it together and then apply it on the scalp and hair.
