Yellow corn is a rich source of beta-carotene, which forms vitamin A that is vital for the maintenance of a healthy skin. Skin care  is a step-by-step process. This ensures that your skin is able to absorb the actives present at various percentages in different products. Also skin around your eyes and lips are thinner and have no pores, which means you have to take extra care and not to weigh down the area. So you need to apply under eye cream before putting on any other cream or lotion on your face. Take a drop of the under-eye cream on each of your ring finger and apply on the under eye area and over your lid. Gently tap the product in to the area in a circular motion. Avoid rubbing too hard. Let the product soak into the skin for a few minutes before you apply other facial product. Try  Kosmoderma   if you have really dark under eye area. Beauty Myths and the Truth Behind Each

There’s beauty advice : the ones that defy logic or biological explanation. These beauty myths do more harm than good to your beauty ritual, preventing you from achieving real goals. Facial Hair Problems and their issues to tackle by Dr chytra v anand

When we talk about facial hair, there are mainly 3 issues we can tackle. Facial Hair on Men Facial Hair on women Vellus Hair Hair Reduction is a guy thing too! Now, of course, men look like men because of their facial hair. For women, it’s an issue, but what about men? Well, shaving ,can be a pain in today’s fast paced lifestyle. Lots of Metro-sexual  men are turning to hair reduction for back, chest and also a beard! Why beard? Because if you do permanent beard shaping, maintenance of the same will dramatically reduce. There are two main options: laser and electrolysis, with the former being the vastly more popular option. For full-face, laser treatment can take up to six hours over the course of a year, while electrolysis can take up to 400 hours over four years. 3 skin issues due to summer heat

The temperature is rising, which means, we’re showing a lot more skin.We all love summer. It’s time to soak up the sun, stay outdoors, and spend time on the beach. What we don’t love, though, are the skin problems that arise due to warm weather and spending time outdoors. In this blog, I would like to cover three main skin issues my patients most commonly face during the summer season. Sun burns PMLE Miliaria SUN BURN: If you stay in the sun for too long without any protection, you may get sunburn. Sunburn is the skin’s response to extreme ultraviolet (UV) exposure and indicates severe damage. The body protects itself from this harmful radiation by accelerating the production of melanin, the dark pigment that gives skin its normal color. Unfortunately, melanin can only protect the body from a certain amount of UV light. Eventually, if someone is continually exposed to it, UV radiation will cause their skin to burn in as little as 10 minutes of exposure! Typical sunburn

Fat Jabs Removal

It is no uncommon that despite following a very strict fitness and health regime, there are certain spots over which the fat loss is very less or hardly any. These spots usually lie around the abdominal area or just over the buttocks. Also, since the thighs and back start losing fat and toning fast, the aforementioned areas become all the more prominent. Thus, the entire figure seems a bit disproportionate or at least the low-waist dresses still seem a far off dream. Now, some of us might not be patient enough to continue for years and hence would prefer instant gratifications. Another bunch of us would prefer an instant gratification in the form of an initial push over which only the maintenance needs to be done but not everyone wants to go for a surgery and safety and no side effects is definitely a thing everyone wants to be sure of. Then, once fat loss is achieved, what about the loose skin? So many concerns regarding fat loss and so we at Kosmoderma , felt the need to

Frown and Forehead Lines Removal

Ageing is a natural process and it is almost inevitable. However, to age gracefully or not is a result that depends entirely on how we treat our skin and body. At Kosmoderma , we know that with the kind of stress that we have, the atmospheric conditions and of course our lifestyle, ageing comes fast and easy. The result is fine lines and wrinkles showing on the face and neck in the initial stages and then gradually as the collagen decreases, the skin loosens up and sags. Now, can all this be prevented? The answer would be- it can be delayed at its best but cannot be prevented. Aging is a natural body process which is bound to happen sooner or later. Can all this be corrected? A Big Yes! It can be and there are multiple treatments and procedures in place to make that happen. Some of these procedures are mentioned below: ●     Skin Rejuvenation: Fractional Lasers work by interacting with the skin to produce Microthermal zones (MTZ) of injury and heat. A very intense beam
